🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 slices Whole grain bread
  • 1 pc Avocado
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 0.5 pc Lemon
  • 0.5 tsp Chili flakes

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Toast the bread until crispy.
  2. 2Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Boil water with a little vinegar, create a swirl and crack the egg inside.
  4. 4Cook poached egg 3 minutes until white is set but yolk is runny.
  5. 5Spread avocado on toast, top with egg and sprinkle chili flakes.
