  • 15 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Truffle oil
  • 2 stalks Spring onion
  • 1 pinch Fleur de sel

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Crack eggs into a bowl and beat lightly with salt.
  2. 2Heat butter in a pan over low-medium heat.
  3. 3Pour eggs and stir slowly with spatula from edges toward center.
  4. 4Remove from heat when eggs are creamy and still slightly runny.
  5. 5Add truffle oil and spring onion, serve immediately on toast.
