🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 g Firm tofu
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Red curry paste
  • 80 g Spinach
  • 100 g Jasmine rice

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Chop onion and sauté in oil 3 minutes.
  2. 2Add red curry paste and cook 1 minute.
  3. 3Pour coconut milk and 100 ml water, stir.
  4. 4Add cubed tofu and simmer 10 minutes.
  5. 5Season with vegan fish sauce or soy and serve with rice.
