🛒 Ingredients

  • 8 pc Sour cabbage leaves
  • 180 g Minced meat
  • 60 g Rice
  • 50 g Smoked bacon
  • 60 g Sour cream

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Soak sauerkraut in cold water if too salty, separate leaves.
  2. 2Mix minced meat with raw rice, onion, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Place a tablespoon of filling on each leaf and roll tightly.
  4. 4Layer stuffed cabbage in pot with chopped sauerkraut.
  5. 5Simmer on low 2 hours or bake at 170°C 3 hours.
