  • 1 pc Egg
  • 8 spears Asparagus
  • 40 g Prosciutto
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil egg 5-6 minutes for soft yolk, cool in cold water and peel.
  2. 2Season asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Grill or sauté asparagus 4 minutes.
  4. 4Fry prosciutto in a dry pan 2 minutes until crispy.
  5. 5Serve asparagus with soft-boiled egg and crispy prosciutto.
