  • 150 g Lamb
  • 150 g Basmati rice
  • 2 pc Carrot
  • 30 g Raisins
  • 1 pinch Saffron

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Brown lamb cubes in oil with onion.
  2. 2Partially cook basmati rice 10 minutes, drain.
  3. 3Add julienned carrots and spices (saffron, cardamom, cloves).
  4. 4Layer rice over meat in pot, add water.
  5. 5Cook on low 20-25 minutes with tight lid.
