  • 2 pc Apples
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Thyme

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Season pork tenderloin with salt, pepper and rosemary.
  2. 2Sear in oil over high heat on all sides 5-6 minutes.
  3. 3Transfer to tray, add quartered apples.
  4. 4Drizzle honey over meat and apples.
  5. 5Bake at 180°C 25-30 minutes.
