  • 200 g Pork
  • 80 g Dried plums
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 80 ml Red wine
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cube pork and brown in oil over high heat.
  2. 2Add chopped onion and cook 5 minutes.
  3. 3Add dried prunes, cinnamon and 300 ml water.
  4. 4Simmer on low 50-60 minutes.
  5. 5Season with salt and pepper, serve with polenta.
