🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 4 g Gelatin
  • 80 g Mixed berries
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Heat cream with sugar on low until sugar dissolves.
  2. 2Hydrate gelatin in cold water 5 minutes, then dissolve in warm cream.
  3. 3Add vanilla and stir.
  4. 4Pour into molds and refrigerate 4-6 hours.
  5. 5Unmold and serve with berry sauce.
