  • 80 g Barley
  • 220 ml Plant milk
  • 60 g Raspberries
  • 10 g Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook barley in plant milk over medium heat 20-25 minutes, stirring.
  2. 2Add a pinch of salt and sweetener if desired.
  3. 3Pour into bowl and let cool 2 minutes.
  4. 4Scatter raspberries on top.
  5. 5Serve warm, optionally with a drizzle of honey.
