  • 160 g Pork
  • 80 g Shiitake mushrooms
  • 100 g Cabbage
  • 4 pc Chinese pancakes
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Marinate sliced pork with soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger.
  2. 2Stir-fry shiitake mushrooms and cabbage in wok 5 minutes.
  3. 3Add pork and cook 4 minutes.
  4. 4Steam Chinese pancakes.
  5. 5Distribute filling in pancakes and roll.
