  • 250 g Chicken
  • 0.5 pc Preserved lemon
  • 60 g Green olives
  • 15 g Coriander
  • 2 tsp Ras el hanout

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Marinate chicken with chopped preserved lemon, oil, garlic and Moroccan spices.
  2. 2Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
  3. 3Cook chicken in tagine or covered pot 40 minutes.
  4. 4Add green olives 10 minutes before end.
  5. 5Serve with couscous and fresh coriander.
