🛒 Ingredients

  • 3 pc Leek
  • 120 g Minced meat
  • 60 g Rice
  • 100 g Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Paprika

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil whole leeks 10 minutes, drain and let cool.
  2. 2Mix minced meat with raw rice, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Cut leeks into 10 cm pieces and remove core, forming tubes.
  4. 4Fill tubes with meat and rice mixture.
  5. 5Place in tray with chopped tomatoes and water, bake at 180°C 45 minutes.
