  • 220 g Lamb
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 80 g Cornmeal
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Marinate lamb with crushed garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. 2Let marinate 1 hour.
  3. 3Grill over high heat 4-5 minutes each side for medium.
  4. 4Rest 5 minutes.
  5. 5Serve with mujdei (garlic with water and salt) and polenta.
