🛒 Ingredients

  • 300 g Eggplant
  • 200 g Minced lamb
  • 150 ml Béchamel sauce
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Slice eggplants, salt and let stand 20 minutes, pat dry.
  2. 2Fry eggplant in oil on both sides, drain.
  3. 3Make lamb filling: brown meat with onion, cinnamon, nutmeg.
  4. 4Make béchamel from butter, flour and milk.
  5. 5Assemble in pan: eggplant-meat-eggplant-béchamel, bake at 180°C 40 minutes.
