🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 pc Eggs
  • 150 g Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Blanch spinach 1 minute in water, drain and squeeze.
  2. 2Mix miso paste with a little sesame oil and water.
  3. 3Sauté spinach in oil 2 minutes.
  4. 4Add miso sauce and stir.
  5. 5Fry eggs sunny-side up and place on miso spinach bed.
