🛒 Ingredients

  • 220 g Chicken
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 80 ml Cream
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 cm Ginger

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Marinate chicken in garam masala, ginger, garlic and yogurt 1 hour.
  2. 2Cook chicken in pan with a little oil 6-7 minutes each side.
  3. 3Sauté onion in same pan, add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. 4Add cream and chicken, simmer 10 minutes on low.
  5. 5Serve with basmati rice and fresh coriander.
