🛒 Ingredients

  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Yellow curry paste
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Sauté onion with yellow curry paste in oil 2 minutes.
  2. 2Add diced potatoes and stir.
  3. 3Pour coconut milk and 100 ml water.
  4. 4Simmer 20 minutes on low until potatoes are soft.
  5. 5Season with salt and serve with jasmine rice.
