  • 120 g White rice
  • 200 g Zucchini
  • 0.5 pc Lemon
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 5 g Parsley

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook rice in salted water per instructions, drain.
  2. 2Slice zucchini thinly and sauté in olive oil 5 minutes.
  3. 3Zest lemon and squeeze juice.
  4. 4Mix rice with zucchini, lemon juice and zest.
  5. 5Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve warm or at room temperature.
