🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 g Veal
  • 2 pc Carrot
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 1 tsp Thyme

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cut veal into cubes and brown in oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  2. 2Add chopped onion and sliced carrots, sauté 3 minutes.
  3. 3Pour white wine and let evaporate 2 minutes.
  4. 4Add 200 ml water, cover and simmer on low heat 50 minutes until meat is tender.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper and thyme before serving.
