  • 4 large Bell peppers
  • 500 g Ground turkey
  • 200 g Cooked rice
  • 200 g Tomatoes crushed
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 80 g Mozzarella

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Halve and deseed peppers. Cook turkey with onion.
  2. 2Mix with rice and tomato. Fill peppers.
  3. 3Top with mozzarella. Bake 35 min at 180C.
