  • 200 g cooked Quinoa
  • 200 g Roasted sweet potato
  • 100 g Spinach
  • 3 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic

  1. 1Season and roast turkey breast 45 min.
  2. 2Cook quinoa.
  3. 3Blend tahini, lemon, garlic, water for dressing.
  4. 4Assemble bowl. Slice turkey on top.
