🛒 Ingredients

  • 150 g Beef
  • 2 pc Carrot
  • 100 g Celery
  • 150 g Potatoes
  • 10 g Parsley

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil beef in 2 L water on low heat 90 minutes.
  2. 2Add carrot, celery, parsley root and salt.
  3. 3Simmer 30 more minutes until vegetables are soft.
  4. 4Strain broth, chop vegetables and meat and return.
  5. 5Serve hot with homemade noodles or dumplings.
