  • 400 g Canned tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Za'atar
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pc Pita bread

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Sauté garlic in olive oil 1 minute.
  2. 2Add canned tomatoes and za'atar, stir.
  3. 3Simmer 20 minutes on low.
  4. 4Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
  5. 5Serve as soup or thick sauce with pita bread.
