🛒 Ingredients

  • 400 g Canned tomatoes
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Sauté onion in olive oil 3 minutes.
  2. 2Add grated ginger and turmeric, cook 1 minute.
  3. 3Add canned tomatoes and 400 ml water.
  4. 4Simmer 20 minutes on low.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
