  • 150 g Yellow split peas
  • 80 g Ham
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 800 ml Water

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil yellow peas in 1.5 L water 60-90 minutes until soft.
  2. 2Add diced ham and chopped onion.
  3. 3Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
  5. 5Serve hot with Swedish mustard on the side.
