🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 pc Artichokes
  • 40 g Breadcrumbs
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Clean artichoke and steam 25-30 minutes until leaves pull off easily.
  2. 2Mix breadcrumbs with garlic, chopped parsley and parmesan.
  3. 3Gently open leaves and add filling between layers.
  4. 4Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. 5Bake at 180°C 15 minutes.
