  • 8 pc Dumpling wrappers
  • 1 cm Ginger
  • 2 stalks Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Peel shrimp and mix with ginger, garlic and soy sauce.
  2. 2Place one shrimp in center of wrapper.
  3. 3Fold and seal edges with water.
  4. 4Steam in bamboo basket 8-10 minutes.
  5. 5Serve with soy sauce and rice vinegar.
