🛒 Ingredients

  • 120 g Spelt wheat
  • 80 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pc Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 pc Lemon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook spelt wheat per instructions 25-30 minutes, drain and cool.
  2. 2Halve cherry tomatoes and slice cucumber.
  3. 3Mix olive oil with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. 4Combine spelt with vegetables and dressing.
  5. 5Serve at room temperature or cold.
