🛒 Ingredients

  • 1.5 rack Pork spare ribs
  • 2 tbsp Coarse salt
  • 2 tbsp Black pepper (coarse)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Remove membrane from bone side of ribs.
  2. 2Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne. Apply heavily.
  3. 3Smoke at 120°C over oak wood for 5–6 hours. Wrap in foil last 2 hours.
  4. 4Unwrap and rest 30 min. Slice between bones to serve.
