🛒 Ingredients

  • 1.5 rack Pork spare ribs
  • 200 ml Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Make Carolina sauce: mix vinegar, pepper flakes, sugar, salt and black pepper.
  2. 2Apply salt and pepper rub to ribs.
  3. 3Smoke at 110°C for 5 hours. Baste with Carolina sauce every 45 min.
  4. 4Ribs are done when tender. Serve with extra sauce on the side.
