🛒 Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Pork loin (whole)
  • 3 handfuls Apple wood chips
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
  • 1.5 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Rub loin with sugar, paprika, salt and pepper. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. 2Bring to room temperature 1 hour before cooking.
  3. 3Smoke at 120°C over apple wood until internal temp 63°C (about 3 hours).
  4. 4Rest 15 min. Slice thick and serve.
