🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 kg Beef chuck roast (bone-out)
  • 5 pieces Oak wood chunks
  • 3 tbsp Beef rub (salt, pepper, garlic)
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Rub chuck with Worcestershire, then apply dry rub.
  2. 2Smoke at 110°C for 8 hours. Wrap when internal temp hits 74°C.
  3. 3Continue until 95°C — probe should slide in like butter.
  4. 4Rest 1 hour. Pull or slice and serve.
