🛒 Ingredients

  • 4 180g each Tuna steaks
  • 4 tbsp White sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Black sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 3 Spring onion

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix sesame seeds. Press tuna into seeds on all sides.
  2. 2Sear in very hot pan 1 min per side.
  3. 3Mix soy, sesame oil, ginger for dipping sauce.
  4. 4Slice and serve with sauce.
