  • 150 g Arborio rice
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 60 ml White wine
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 20 g Butter

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Heat chicken broth with saffron dissolved in warm water.
  2. 2Sauté chopped onion in butter 4 minutes.
  3. 3Add arborio rice and toast 2 minutes.
  4. 4Add one ladle of hot broth at a time, stirring constantly.
  5. 5Continue 18-20 minutes, finish with parmesan and butter.
