🛒 Ingredients

  • 150 g Zucchini
  • 1 pc Bell pepper
  • 150 g Eggplant
  • 80 g Hummus
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Cut zucchini, peppers and eggplant into slices or cubes.
  3. 3Coat with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and herbs.
  4. 4Spread on tray and roast 25-30 minutes.
  5. 5Serve as meze with hummus and pita bread.
