  • 150 g Basmati rice
  • 30 g Vermicelli
  • 25 g Sliced almonds
  • 15 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Toast vermicelli in butter until golden.
  2. 2Add washed basmati rice and stir.
  3. 3Add water to cover by 2 cm.
  4. 4Simmer on low with lid 18 minutes.
  5. 5Toast sliced almonds separately and sprinkle over when serving.
