🛒 Ingredients

  • 100 g Lentils
  • 80 g Rice
  • 1 pc Caramelized onion
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook lentils and rice separately per instructions.
  2. 2Julienne onion and fry in oil over medium heat 20-25 minutes until well caramelized.
  3. 3Mix lentils with rice.
  4. 4Add half the onion and spices (cumin, cinnamon).
  5. 5Top with remaining caramelized onion and serve with yogurt.
