  • 0.5 pc Avocado
  • 100 g Beet
  • 2 tbsp Tahini

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook quinoa 15 minutes, drain and cool.
  2. 2Drain cooked chickpeas.
  3. 3Cube avocado.
  4. 4Make dressing from tahini, lemon juice and water.
