  • 350 g Potatoes
  • 20 g Butter
  • 80 ml Warm milk
  • 1 tsp Truffle oil
  • 0.5 tsp Sea salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil potatoes in salted water 20 minutes until soft, drain.
  2. 2Mash potatoes with a masher.
  3. 3Add butter and warm milk gradually, stirring vigorously.
  4. 4Fold in truffle oil and sea salt.
  5. 5Serve immediately, creamy and hot.
