🛒 Ingredients

  • 600 g Pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp Ground espresso coffee
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix coffee, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. 2Press rub onto all sides of tenderloin. Rest 30 min.
  3. 3Grill over high heat turning every 3 min, total 15 min.
  4. 4Rest 5 min — the coffee forms a beautiful dark crust.
