🛒 Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Pork rib chops
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 20 g Butter

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix mustard, honey, vinegar and minced garlic.
  2. 2Season chops. Sear in butter 3 min per side until golden.
  3. 3Brush with glaze. Transfer to 200°C oven for 8 min.
  4. 4Brush again with remaining glaze before serving.
