  • 4 pcs Pork chops
  • 200 g Red grapes
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 pcs Shallots
  • 20 g Butter
  • 2 sprigs Thyme

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Grill chops on high heat 4 min per side. Rest.
  2. 2Sauté shallots in butter 3 min. Add halved grapes and thyme.
  3. 3Add balsamic, simmer 5 min until grapes burst and sauce thickens.
  4. 4Spoon over rested chops and serve.
