🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork belly (skin off)
  • 120 ml BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp total Dry rub (salt, pepper, paprika)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cut belly into 4cm cubes. Apply dry rub and refrigerate 4 hours.
  2. 2Cook in smoker or oven at 150°C for 2.5 hours.
  3. 3Glaze with BBQ sauce and honey mix.
  4. 4Crank to 220°C and cook 15 more min until sticky and caramelised.
