  • 150 g Lamb
  • 80 g Chickpeas
  • 100 g Potatoes
  • 100 g Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Turmeric

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Brown lamb with chickpeas and onion in oil.
  2. 2Add diced potatoes and spices (turmeric, curcuma).
  3. 3Add water to cover well.
  4. 4Simmer on low 2 hours until meat is tender.
  5. 5Crush chickpeas and potatoes before serving with pita bread.
