  • 120 g Rice noodles
  • 3 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 pc Lime
  • 10 g Coriander

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook rice noodles per instructions, drain.
  2. 2Mix peanut butter with soy sauce, lime juice and warm water.
  3. 3Optionally add grated ginger and garlic.
  4. 4Toss noodles with peanut sauce.
  5. 5Serve topped with spring onion and roasted peanuts.
