  • 120 g Pasta
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 40 g Bacon
  • 1 pinch Pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook pasta in salted water, drain reserving 60 ml water.
  2. 2Fry diced bacon until crispy.
  3. 3Beat egg with grated parmesan and plenty of black pepper.
  4. 4Off heat, add pasta, bacon and egg mixture.
  5. 5Add pasta water if too dry, serve immediately.
