🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 g Cod fillet
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 10 g Parsley

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil potatoes in salted water 20 minutes, drain and cool slightly.
  2. 2Season cod fillet with salt, pepper and a little mustard.
  3. 3Fry cod in butter or oil 4 minutes each side.
  4. 4Crush potatoes and mix with mustard, salt and a little dill.
  5. 5Serve cod over potatoes with lemon.
