🛒 Ingredients

  • 120 g Rice noodles
  • 150 g Tofu
  • 2 pc Eggs
  • 30 g Peanuts
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind sauce

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook rice noodles per instructions, drain.
  2. 2Stir-fry tofu cubes over high heat until golden.
  3. 3Beat eggs and add to pan, scramble.
  4. 4Add noodles, fish sauce, sugar and tamarind.
  5. 5Serve with peanuts, lime and spring onion.
