🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 g Pastry dough
  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 100 g Jarlsberg cheese
  • 2 pc Eggs
  • 80 ml Cream

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil potatoes, drain and mash.
  2. 2Mix potato mash with grated Jarlsberg cheese.
  3. 3Roll out pastry, place potato filling on half.
  4. 4Fold pastry and seal edges well.
  5. 5Bake at 200°C 25-30 minutes until golden.
